Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $100. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout for smaller orders.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time depends on your location.

USA/Canada: 7–12 business days

UK/Europe/UAE:6–10 business days

Rest Of The World: 10–15 business days

Can I track my shipment?

Absolutely! Once your package ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email to follow its journey. You can also track your package on our website, using the tracking number you received in your email.

What’s your return policy?

You have 15 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Just contact our support team to get started.

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes .Please email us at support@napnowstudio.com as soon as possible. We can only accept changes or cancellations within a few hours of the order being placed.

How can I change my Shipping Address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, please email us immediately to update your address. However, if the order is already in transit, we are unable to make any changes.

Please double-check your address! We cannot offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend it.

We aim for accurate representation, but slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings. Each piece is unique, especially handmade items.

What are the washing instructions for the blankets?

Please machine wash in cold water with a mild detergent, using the gentle cycle only.

Please avoid bleaching and tumble drying.
