Return Policy

We want you to love your new NapNow 100%! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your blanket within 15 days of delivery. To start a return, simply email us at support@napnowstudio.com. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.

Condition: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we weave every blanket to order, we can only accept cancellations or changes within a short window. You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to modify or cancel your order.

After this window, production may have already started, and we may not be able to cancel it free of charge. If you need to make a change, please email support@napnowstudio.com immediately.
